Shipping Policy Details

We ship only to United States, Canada. Standard outbound shipping is free, with no minimum purchase.

Our normal preparation estimate is 12–24 elapsed hours. Transit normally takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and do not guarantee an arrival date.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays at the relevant processing or delivery location. An elapsed-hour preparation estimate runs continuously from order confirmation and is separate from transit business days.

You will be notified if we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, explain the revised estimate, and obtain any consent required by law to a delay or provide cancellation and a prompt refund. If an order is missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us; we will investigate and provide the applicable remedy.

The checkout displays applicable taxes and any duties we collect before payment. Where import charges are payable to authorities or a carrier, their treatment must be disclosed before the order is placed; free shipping does not create an undisclosed surcharge.
